Broadway Bootcamp (July 10 – 28)
Broadway performers rely on a variety of skills to propel them to stardom, and this class, taught by New York City theater professionals, will build these valuable skills in group activity and one-on-one instruction. The focus of the two-week intensive is on developing a well-rounded, multi-faceted, Broadway-caliber performer. The third week is an optional performance week with a concluding performance held at the Swyer Theater at The Egg in downtown Albany.

Advantage Primary is for children entering Grades K-3 for September 2018. Primary Campers choose courses in the following subject areas: Science, Computers, Jr. Builders, Cooking, Crafts, Theater, Music, Legos, Swimming and Sports. Campers can also choose time for playing on Splashy (our oversized inflatable water slide!) or participating in Game Time (ping pong, board games, etc.). Courses are led by certified adult teachers and children are supervised at all times. Lunch is included!
Advantage Choice is for campers entering Grades 4-9 as of September 1, 2018. Advantage Choice enables campers to design their own schedule choosing three morning courses and two afternoon courses based on their interests and talents. Campers choose courses in topics including Science and Technology, Art and Entertainment, Media Production, Sports, Culture, Swimming and Swim Instruction. The program is designed to give campers both an educational and athletic experience over the course of the day. Courses are led by certified adult teachers and children are supervised at all times. Lunch is included!

Squire All Sports Academy and Tennis Academy

Description:
Squire All Sports Camp exposes campers to a variety of sports such as Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Football, Tennis and more. Instruction, practice and competitive games in each sport are given. The program is overseen as a head coach with each group led by an adult coach.
The day is divided into periods in which each group participates in a different sport. Lunch in the air conditioned dining hall is included, a game room break occurs directly after lunch, and an ice-pop break is given in mid-afternoon.
Swim is at Maplewood swim and tennis club. Tennis in the PM is at Salomon Shechter School. We are also offering FREE group transportation to and from Dobbs Ferry Stop and Shop and Irvington Presbyterian Church
Squire Tennis Camp is designed to provide both a positive introduction to the young player new to the game, as well as the opportunity for the experienced player to develop his or her skills. Each camper receives personalized instruction based on age and ability. Lunch in the air conditioned dining hall is included, a game room break occurs directly after lunch, and an ice-pop break is given in mid-afternoon. USPTR sanctioned teaching methodologies are put into practice. The USPTR World Tennis Organization's method of instructions facilitates student learning by focusing on the core fundamentals of the game--ground strokes, serves, overheads, volleys, and half volleys as it pertains to both singles and doubles match play.

The Cornell University Big Red Sports (CUBS) Camp is a week-long camp geared towards giving campers a unique introduction to several different sports. Mornings will be packed with fun and creative sport-specific games, as well as team-building activities. Daily lunch in the Cornell dining halls will be included. In the afternoon, campers will be able to participate in recreational activities such as swimming, bowling, and small-group games. A time for snack will also be offered in order to allow campers to refuel and enjoy a few minutes of down time. CUBS Camp will give children the opportunity to learn the basic skills of several different sports while having fun and meeting new people.

Iona College Day Camps and Full-Day Basketball Camps

Description:
This summer, children ages 5-13 will enjoy exciting, fun-filled days at the Iona College Day Camp. For over 30 years, Iona has offered one of Westchester’s finest camp experiences. Our athletic facilities serve as the setting for your child’s exciting camp experience. All camp activities take place in the Hynes Athletics Center which houses a pool, basketball courts and dance studio, in conjunction with the Mazzella athletic field. Your child will participate in numerous activities throughout the day including: basketball, soccer, softball/teeball, kickball, ultimate Frisbee, etc. Other activities include arts and crafts, dance and music.
The Iona College athletic staff, along with Iona College students, who are experienced in sports and education, will help campers learn new activities, improve their skills and have an unforgettable summer. Campers are placed in small groups and are supervised by counselors who ensure individualized attention.
Our swimming program is staffed by Red Cross certified lifeguards who watch and instruct the campers. Campers swim twice daily and are grouped according to their ability.
The medical staff includes a camp nurse and athletic trainers who are qualified to treat any of your child’s medical needs, if such a need arises
IONA COLLEGE DAY CAMP (FULL-DAY) . Ages 5-13
June 26th-August 11th, 2017
Westchester’s finest camp experience for over 30 years! Campers are grouped by age into small groups with a low camper-to-counselor ratio to ensure individualized attention. Activities include: arts and crafts, kickball, soccer, games, competitions, contests, ultimate Frisbee, music, swimming and much more! (Not all activities are done on a daily basis.)
Swimming: Campers swim twice daily. Our staff of Red Cross certified lifeguards and instructors test all campers to determine their level of swimming ability, and then group campers accordingly. Group lessons are provided during morning sessions, and afternoon swim sessions provides time for campers to practice their swim lessons and enjoy a structured open swim. First-time swimmers are introduced to the water and supervised on an individual basis.
MENS BASKETBALL CAMP
Basketball I: June 26-June 30, 2017 (Ages 8-16)

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL CAMP

Our basketball camps are run by our basketball coaches and players. Children are grouped according to ability, age, size and previous basketball experience. Camper to staff ratios are low to provide quality individualized attention.
Campers will participate in team play and individualized instruction. Instruction focuses on ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding, etc. Teamwork and sportsmanship are also emphasized. Facilities include three full-sized basketball courts, a swimming pool and film room.
Campers enjoy a “cool down” swim every afternoon, so please bring your bathing suits!
