The New York Summer Music Festival announces its 4th season at the beautiful SUNY Oneonta!

Students study extensively in many areas of instruction, including: Orchestras and bands for instrumentalists; Choral ensembles and original music theatre projects for vocalists; Composition workshops; A number of jazz classes and ensembles for those who desire intensive jazz training, and; Classes introducing new instruments, such as beginning piano and beginning guitar. In addition to supplemental classes spanning a wide range of ability levels and interests in areas of: music history, theory, computer technology in music, filmmaking, jazz improvisation, and many others!

Program Information:
The NYSMF is for students ages 11-25, day or residential options
June 27 - Aug 7, 2010: two-week, four-week, or six-week sessions.
