Superweek: July 12th to July 16th, 2009, ages 11 - 18
Superweek (directed by Jeannette Mosher, Head Women’s Coach at Cortland State) covers offensive and defensive skills in a fastpaced and intense week. The morning session focuses on skills development. The afternoon sessions build on those skills through individual and group competitions. League games are played in the evening session based on age and ability levels.

Shooting Camp: July 16- July 17, 2009, ages 11 - 18
Learn shooting skills from start to finish; then learn how to utilize them by learning to move without the ball, screen utilization, ball-handling skills and post moves.

Youth Development Camp: July 18, 2009, ages 7 - 12
This camp will offer girls playing at the youth level an opportunity to work with many of the same staff of the Superweek and Shooting Camps on basic skills and fundamentals. Youth coaches are welcome to attend.

Hoop Mountain Girl's Basketball Camps emphasize the following skills: Perimeter and front court specifics, Three-point and medium range shooting techniques, Playing without the ball, Advanced ball handling skills, Creating your own shot and shots for teammates, Scoring off the dribble, Advanced passing skills

Program Information:
Cost for SuperWeek Camp:
Overnight $399 if paid before June 1st; $419 after June 1st
Commuter $345 if paid before June 1st; $360 after June 1st
Cost for Shooting Camp:
Overnight: $99 if paid before June 1st; $109 after June 1st
Commuter: $79 if paid before June 1st; $89 after June 1st
Discount of $10 for attending both Superweek & Shooting Camp
Cost for Youth Development Camp:
$35 if paid before June 1st; $40 after June 1st

Daily Schedule is as follows:
7:00am- Optional Workout; 7:45- Breakfast, 9:00- Group SkillDevelopment
12:00- Lunch
12:45pm- Games; 1:30- Lecture; 2:15- Individual Skills Enhancement; 3:00- Skill Challenges
4:15- Team Practice; 4:30- Optional Session
5:15- Dinner
6:30- Games; 9:00- Optional Workout; 9:30- Open Gym
