A Midsummer Day’s Camp - The Public Theater, New York City
August 5 to August 17, 2013, 10am-5pm. A Midsummer Day’s Camp is The Public Theater’s acclaimed summer program for young classical actors aged 14-18. Designed specifically for teens by Arts in Education specialists from the Harvard Graduate School of Education & the field, this camp is a conservatory style acting program focusing on the challenges, joys and rigors of performing Shakespeare. The intensive curriculum combines work on acting, voice, movement, games, text analysis, clown and stage combat.
