Description:
Skidmore Jazz Institute is designed for students who are serious about improving their skills, learning about jazz and working with some of the masters of the field. The program features daily combo, improvisational classes and individual private instruction. Guest artists give performances and master classes. Students take weekend trips to the Newport/Saratoga Jazz Festival at Saratoga Performing Arts Center.

Tuition for the two-week program is $1,600. Room and board on campus is $700
Undergraduate credit is optional and available at no extra charge. Students from the local area are welcome to commute.
